From the design of tooling and the creation of a manufacturing plan through procurement of materials, production and special processes to certification, packing and dispatch Inflite produce 95% of the work undertaken ‘in house’.

This provides the customer with the comfort of knowing that Inflite are fully accountable for the all the manufacturing processes and have ownership of the requirements during the whole manufacturing cycle, a fact that distinguishes Inflite from the majority of their more serious competitors and ensures that the highest standards of engineering excellence are achieved and maintained.

Proof of this, if proof were needed, is the significant number of approvals held by Inflite. These include BS/ EN/ ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, AS/EN 9110, AS 9104, EASA Pt 21(Subpart G) and Part 145, special processes approvals for Non Destructive Test, Heat Treatment and Welding. Inflite is also registered in the IAQG OASIS Database. Needless to say Inflite also carries approvals at the highest level from all its customer base.
