The Aircraft Maintenance Division began operations in the early eighties providing full FBO and maintenance services to the corporate market.

The demand for maintenance services saw the company entering into the regional maintenance market, concentrating on the Bae 146/RJ series of aircraft.

Further expansion resulted in the company performing conversion for the aircraft manufacturer and lease companies together with major contracts being awarded by national flag carriers and fleet operators.

Today the maintenance division comprises of two base facilities at London Stansted and London Southend Airports, providing services including Modifications, Avionic and cabin upgrades, conversions, line and heavy maintenance, AOG support and storage programmes on the Bae 146/RJ, Bae ATP, B737 Classic series and the Embraer 135-146 series of aircraft.

The companies activities in the corporate market continues with the development of a new FBO facility at Stansted, recognised as the benchmark for the corporate market. In 2005 the facility became an Embraer Legacy Authorised Service Centre.
