Aerospace Surface Treatments ACR division not only supports it sister company both at the Stansted and Southend sites but and ever increasing outside customer base, both in the UK and the rest of Europe. The operation covers airline support that can also include onsite working parties. All repajrs can either have a CAA or FAA release, or both.

The component coming into the division will be repaired to customer's requirements and in some cases the involvement of our AOG support team. If the OEM has an exchange agreement with the airline, the repaired item will be brought up the full airworthy standard that includes the latest mod standards. For replacement parts AST can either obtain these from the OEM, or if not available manufacture the component in house. AST has the OEM processes and design support at all times on any repair outside the normal repair manual.

AST maintain a close contact with the customer, while the component is in the workshop to progress to an effective delivery date.
